The conference is open for members of the East Africa Association of Prosecutors (EAAP), individual and organisational members of the International Association of Prosecutors and for some special invited observers and guests.

Limitation of Participants

The number of participants is limited to 120. Hence, registrations are accepted in accordance with the "first-come first-served" principles. Non-EAAP and IAP Members are welcome to participate subject to availability, if fulfilling criteria for membership as non-members are assumed to join either one/both Associations during the event. Please note: The host reserves the right to limit a number of delegates from countries that are over-represented to ensure an equal balance in the regional representation.

Registration Fee (Expenses Encountered)

With the goal to attract maximum participation, it has been decided to provide the full conference programme, sightseeing tour included, free of charge. Accommodation and flight costs will be covered for selected participants through generous grants from  the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) and other funding resources.
