Except for those specifically catered for by [HOST], all delegates are responsible for their own lodging and extras. The extras, such as room upgrades, bar, laundry, e-mail, restaurant, etc. will be at the participants’ own cost and must be settled upon checking out. Free Wi-Fi will be available for each participant during the Conference.
