WHO CAN ATTEND?

Registration for the 11th Asia and Pacific Regional Conference of the International Association of Prosecutors is open to IAP honorary members, designated representatives of IAP organisational members, IAP individual members, speakers, observers and guests invited by the Local Organising Committee and the IAP Secretariat.

Whilst participants will typically be from within the region, IAP members from outside of the region are also welcome to attend the conference. Non-IAP members may be invited to attend the conference subject to the availability of places and with the pre-approval of the Executive Director. The expectation is that they will join the IAP prior to or upon their attendance at the conference.

The maximum number of participants is 180. Registrations will be accepted on a “first-come first-served” basis.

Please note that the IAP reserves the right to:

• refuse / cancel registration from members who are not up to date with their membership fee payment;
• limit the number of delegates from a specific country, region or organisation to ensure an equal balance in regional representation at the conference;
• cancel registrations that are not followed up by payment of the registration fee within 14 days after submission of the registration.
