The deadline for hotel reservation is 1 April 2023. Hereafter the Organization cannot guarantee a room nor discount rate.

Except for those specifically catered for by the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye, all delegates are responsible for their own lodging and extras. The extras, such as room upgrades, bar, laundry, e-mail, restaurant, etc. will be at the participants’ own cost and must be settled upon checking out. Free Wi-Fi will be available for each participant during the Conference.

Kindly note that participants will be required to register for the conference in advance to avoid inconveniences with the planning and logistics.
