Registration for the 1st Pan European Regional Conference in Istanbul, Turkiye is open to IAP Honorary Members, official representatives of IAP Organisational Members, IAP Individual Members, and specially invited observers and guests.
Please note: The IAP reserves the right to refuse registration from members who are not up to date with their membership fee payment.
Limitation of Participants
The maximum number of participants is 130 participants. Registrations will be accepted on a “first-come first-served” basis. To ensure an equal balance in regional representation, the host reserves the right to limit the number of delegates from countries that are over- represented.
Who can attend?

Spouse/partner Programme
We acknowledge that someparticipants will be accompanied by their spouses in Istanbul. There will be a special tour programme for spouses and they are invited to attend the night programme.
Technical Support Staff
We recognize the need for some participants to attend the meeting accompanied by either security guards or interpreters, who will be referred to as technical support staff. It is possible to register technical support staff for the full professional and social programme.
Receipt
When payment has been successfully processed the IP Secretariat will send a letter (voucher) confirming your participation in the conference. This voucher is your ticket for the conference. Please note: You will be asked to present the voucher to the conference staff, when picking up your conference badge and material at the Registration Desk located at the Conference Venue.
