WHO CAN ATTEND?

Registration for the 30th IAP Annual Conference and General Meeting in Singapore is open to IAP honorary members, designated representatives of IAP organisational members, IAP individual members, speakers, observers and guests invited by the IAP Executive Committee.

LIMITATION OF PARTICIPANTS

The maximum number of participants is 500. Registrations will be accepted on a “first-come first-served” basis.

Please note that the IAP reserves the right to:

  • refuse/cancel registration from members who are not up to date with their membership fee payment;
  • limit the number of delegates from a specific country, region or organisation to ensure an equal balance in regional representation at the conference;
  • cancel registrations that are not followed up by an immediate payment (max. 14 days after submission of the registration).

Day participants are entitled to the following:

  • Conference professional programme on the day of participation
  • All official documentation including the conference programme
  • Social programme related to the day of participation (day participants attending on Monday 8 September 2025 may also attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday 7 September 2025)
  • Transfers related to the night programme on the day of participation
  • Refreshment breaks and lunches related to the day of participation
  • Conference bag
  • List of participants

Support Staff attending the Professional Programme are entitled to the following:

  • Conference professional programme
  • All official documentation, including the conference programme
  • Refreshment breaks and lunches related to the day of participation
  • Conference bag
  • List of participants

Partners (spouses/partners) are entitled to the following:

  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception (Sunday, 7 September 2025)
  • Gala Dinner (Monday, 8 September 2025)
  • Farewell Reception (Wednesday, 10 September 2025)
  • Transfers related to the night programme
  • Partners Programme

Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation requests received by 23:59:59 hours CET on 30 June 2025:
95% of the registration fee will be refunded, 5% will be withheld to cover administration expenses
Cancellation requests received by 23:59:59 hours CET on 31 July 2025:
50% of the registration fee will be refunded
Cancellation requests received on or after 1 August 2025:
We regret that no refunds will be issued. Substitutions of conference participants may be accepted at any time until 29 August 2025 provided that full details are submitted to the IAP Secretariat (ed@iap-association.org).
