REGISTRATION
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Registration for the 10th Eastern Europe and Centra Asia Regional Conference in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, is open to IAP honorary members, designated representatives of IAP organisational members, IAP individual members, speakers, observers, and guests who have been invited jointly by the Local Organising Committee and the International Association of Prosecutors, in accordance with IAP's guidelines.

LIMITATION OF PARTICIPANTS
The maximum number of participants is 150. Registrations will be accepted on a “first-come first-served” basis.
Please note that the IAP reserves the right to:
- refuse/cancel registration from members who are not up to date with their membership fee payment;
- limit the number of delegates from a specific country, region or organisation to ensure an equal balance in regional representation at the conference;
- cancel registrations that are not followed up by an immediate payment (max. 14 days after submission of the registration).

Spouses and partners are invited to attend the Mongolian heritage and social events hosted by the Prosecutor General of Mongolia on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Participation is free of charge.
Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation.
