REGISTRATION

WHO CAN ATTEND?

Registration for the 7th North American and Caribbean Conference in Cayman Islands is open to IAP honorary members, designated representatives of IAP organisational members, IAP individual members, speakers, observers, and guests who have been invited jointly by the Local Organising Committee and the International Association of Prosecutors, in accordance with IAP's guidelines.

Whilst participants will typically be from within the region, IAP members from outside the region are also welcome to attend the conference.

Non-IAP members may be invited to attend the conference, subject to availability of places and with the pre-approval of the Executive Director. The expectation is that non-members will join the IAP prior to or upon their attendance at the conference.

LIMITATION OF PARTICIPANTS

The maximum number of participants is 100. Registrations will be accepted on a “first-come first-served” basis.

Please note that the IAP reserves the right to:

  • refuse/cancel registration from members who are not up to date with their membership fee payment;
  • limit the number of delegates from a specific country, region or organisation to ensure an equal balance in regional representation at the conference;
  • cancel registrations that are not followed up by an immediate payment (max. 14 days after submission of the registration).

Please note: The full conference fee also applies to support staff attending the conference with a delegation, such as interpreters and security guards.

Please note that the registration fee does not include, international flights, accommodation and airport arrival/departure transportation.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation requests received by 23:59:59 hours CET on 29 August 2025:
95% of the registration fee will be refunded, 5% will be withheld to cover administration expenses
Cancellation requests received by 23:59:59 hours CET on 30 September: 
50% of the registration fee will be refunded
Cancellation requests received on or after 1 October 2025:
We regret that no refunds will be issued. Substitutions of conference participants may be accepted at any time until 31 October 2025, provided that full details are submitted to the IAP Secretariat (ed@iap-association.org).
