REGISTRATION
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Registration for the 12th IAP Asia-Pacific Regional Conference is open to IAP honorary members, individual members, and the designated representatives of IAP organisational members and their member’s subscription must be up to date before they can attend the conference. We also welcome the participation of conference speakers, observers, and guests who have been invited by the IAP Executive Committee.

LIMITATION OF PARTICIPANTS
The tentative maximum number of participants is capped at 175 members. Registration will be accepted on a first-come-first served basis.
The IAP reserves the right to:
- Refuse/cancel registration from members who are not up to date with their membership fee payment.
- Limit the number of delegates from a specific country, region or organisation to ensure an equal balance in regional representation at the conference.
- Cancel registrations that are not followed up by an immediate payment (maximum within 14 days of submission of registration.)

Please note: The full conference fee also applies to support staff attending the conference with a delegation, such as interpreters and security guards.

ENTITLEMENTS
Conference participants are entitled to the following:
Full access to the official conference programme, including all plenary sessions and discussions.
Conference materials, including the programme and documentation.
Welcome Reception: Wednesday, 11 March 2026
Gala Dinner: Thursday, 12 March 2026
Farewell Reception: Friday, 13 March 2026
Cultural Evenings: Wednesday, 11 March 2026 and Thursday, 12 March 2026 (as part of three evening dinners with cultural programmes)
One working lunch during the conference, and another lunch outside of the conference
Refreshment breaks (coffee/tea) during the official programme
Complimentary shuttle transport between designated hotels and the conference venue/locations for the evening events
Sightseeing tour
Partners (spouses/partners) are entitled to the following:
Opening ceremony and Welcome reception (11 March 2026)
Sightseeing tour (12 March 2026)
Gala Dinner (12 March 2026)
Farewell Reception and sightseeing with the delegates (13 March 2026)
Lunch (12 and 13 March 2026)
REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS
The IAP reserves the right to cancel registrations that are not followed up by an immediate payment (maximum within 14 days of submission of registration.)
